I can't submit my registration - submit button greyed out

When registering for the first time on the Good2Give Giving Platform, you are asked to create a donation pledge, confirm your donation pledge and then complete your details to gain access to the platform. 

If you are unable to submit your registration access after clicking the 'submit' button (e.g. the submit button changes colour from orange to grey but does NOT take you to another page) - you will need to disable any ad/pop-up blockers on your browser to proceed.
