New Feature:

• Added Sign on URL in the SSO menu in the organization details.
• When an existing user tries to sign up to the platform they are given an error message where they are asked to sign in to the platform instead
• The draft submissions were viewable in the table approvals section of the Employer Giving Center. This has been changed so you cant view the draft submissions there.
