New Feature:

• Start and end date of Post tax matching and volunteer matching while selecting all giving. 

Issue: In advanced matching the rules for post tax matching and volunteer matching differed when selecting All Giving advanced matching and Selecting post tax matching and volunteer matching individually. 

Resolution: Created uniformity in behavior by making post tax matching matched under all giving rule to also take the donation date as entered by the user and volunteer matching to include and take start and end date of volunteer matching into consideration.
