How do I change my charities name?

You won't be able to change your charity name by logging in and editing your profile.

To change the name displayed to potential donors, you will need to contact charity@good2give.ngo 

When contacting us, please let us know the reason for the change and if any details like ABN or bank details have also changed.

My bank details have changed

Please see the details on what is required in a bank visual.

When you have an updated bank visual ready, send this to the charity team at charity@good2give.ngo and we will update this for you.
