How do I terminate an employee?

If an employee has left the business permanently and is no longer eligible to donate you can remove them from future payroll files by:

  1. Sign in to the platform
  2. Click Employees
  3. Search for the employee in the search bar or scroll to find them in the Employee List
  4. Click the next to their name to terminate them


This will remove them from the Payroll teams platform view, however their accounts can be reinstated by the Good2Give Admin team if necessary.
