What should I do if the payroll batch total doesn't equal my payroll deductions?

To confirm the payroll batch on the platform, the total value needs to equal the payroll deduction for that period. This ensures that all the employees donations have been deducted, and the correct amount has been deducted from the employees pay. 

If it does not equal, you will need to review the employee requests on the platform again prior to confirming the batch to identify the discrepancy. Please make sure that staff adjustments have been made to the staff contributions for that payroll batch prior to confirming the payroll batch in Good2Give.
