When your organisation starts using the Tap2Give terminal, your team will be provided with access to a cloud-based platform where you can view total donations from all your terminals (as well as view and change the 'tap ' amount).
When you sign in, you will be able to view each of your terminals and see the total funds raised. You can use this information to decide if your terminals are in the best location to assist in raising more funds for your chosen charity/charities. Consider trying different locations to work out the optimal location.
Do keep in mind that the funds raised for the charity/charities that are advertised on the terminal display should always be distributed as advertised. It is recommended to take care when moving terminals to ensure that the advertised display stays with the machine, and donors always have correct information regarding the use of their donated funds.
